Porté par les départs naturels et par une croissance importante de l’offre Air France, Joon et Transavia, le besoin de recrutement de 250 pilotes par an chez Air France s’est confirmé. Ainsi, la compagnie a décidé de relancer sa filière pilotes cadets 8 ans après sa fermeture.
Les premières intégrations à l’ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) ont débuté cet été avec une formation théorique de 8 mois sur le campus de Toulouse. Les cadets poursuivront ensuite pour un an de formation pratique en pilotage dans les campus de Montpellier, Carcassonne, Grenoble et St-Yan afin de rejoindre le groupe Air France en tant que pilotes sur Airbus A320 ou Boeing 737.

Enac train 72 Air France cadets pilots
Driven by natural departures and significant growth in Air France, Joon and Transavia capacity, Air France now needs to recruit 250 pilots per year. The company has therefore decided to reopen its cadet pilot programme 8 years after it was suspended.
The first trainee pilots started at ENAC (French Civil Aviation School) this summer with a 8-month theoretical training course at the Toulouse campus. The cadets will then continue for one year of practical flight training at the Montpellier, Carcassonne, Grenoble and St-Yan campuses before joining the Air France group as pilots on Airbus A320 or Boeing 737.
