Publié le 22 June 2018

On June 21, 2018, on the sidelines of the Paris Air Forum, Hong-Kong International Airport Chief Executive Officer Fred Lam, and ENAC Deputy Chief Executive Officer Philippe Crébassa signed a new agreement to train the managers of the Asian air transport industry.

As part of the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) “No Country Left Behind” programme and the Belt and Road Initiative, this Advanced Master is sponsored by the French CAA, Groupe ADP, Airbus, Cathay Pacific and Hong-Kong Airlines. 10 seats will then be offered to high-end executives coming from countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Kazakhstan.

This second batch will join the Hong-Kong International Airport Aviation Academy beginning of 2019 to follow the part-time course dedicated to air transport management.

This initiative proved to be very successful for its first roll-out and all our partners have decided to renew their trust in HKIA and ENAC. For this second batch, we have enlarged the scope of beneficiary countries and we will strengthen even more the ties between countries and air transport stakeholders”, Philippe Crébassa said.
