Developed by ENAC, ELSA (ENAC Light Simulator for ATC) is a lightweight ATC simulator designed to support air traffic controller training from the early phases (surveillance, approach, en-route).

Last June, ENAC delivered the theoretical training of 19 SNA-OI air traffic controllers, marking the first stage of an unprecedented scheme to renew surveillance ratings (APS & ACS) outside its premises, at Roland Garros Airport (FMEE).

On July 25th, 2025, ENAC hosted the graduation ceremony for the final class of air traffic controller (ATCO) trainees from EUROCONTROL MUAC (Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre).
Developed by ENAC, ASTRAL is a digital application dedicated to the complete monitoring of practical training for student air traffic controllers. Designed to support every stage of simulator training, it digitises the entire learning path, from scenarios to assessments, all the way through to on-site onboarding.

ENAC is taking part in the Sesar 3 Network TBO, an industrial research project, coordinated by EUROCONTROL. Our role is to help test and evaluate how TBO works during the actual flying phase of a flight.

As part of the deployment of ADS-B Tier 2 surveillance technology at Roland Garros Airport (FMEE), the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) is supporting the Indian Ocean Air Navigation Service (SNA-OI) in implementing a tailored training program designed to reactivate APS and ACS ratings for local air traffic controllers.

Today, we embark on a unique collective journey, shaped by diverse career paths, professions, and commitments dedicated to the service of aviation. At the heart of this endeavour is a dynamic global community, driven by alumni who engage in meaningful exchanges, foster innovation, and offer mutual support.

On the occasion of the Paris Air Show – Le Bourget, ENAC presented its Executive Education programmes, designed to support executives, managers, and board members in the aerospace and air transport sectors throughout their professional careers.

In toulouse, we unite top talent, cutting-edge expertise, and bold innovation to drive the future of air transportation and civil and military aerospace engineering.

From 2 to 5 June 2025, a full-scale validation exercises for the HYPERSOLVER Support Tool were held in ENAC, on the ACHIL simulation platform,  as part of the SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking’s innovation activities.
