Could you briefly introduce your background and your current role in your company?
I began my career in aviation in 2014, specifically in the air cargo industry, as a Sales and Reservations Agent for a Global Sales Agent representing multiple airlines. Although my academic background was initially in a different field, I’ve always been deeply passionate about aviation. Today, I serve as Manager of Route and Revenue Management at Cargolux Airlines International, where I’ve been working for the past 10 years. In this role, I’m responsible for optimizing flight capacity by ensuring that each aircraft is filled with the right cargo, at the right time, for the best possible revenue. My work combines analytical insight with operational expertise, and I lead a team of 9 professionals based between Luxembourg and Malpensa.
