Air Traffic Controllers' Digital Assistant (ATC-DA) for Conflict Resolution: Can AI Effectively Support ATCOs, and How Can We Fine-Tune It?
As part of the JARVIS project, ENAC and Airbus Defence and Space conducted the first validation session from March 3rd to 7th.

On February 18th, 2025, the ENAC laboratory participated in the third SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking (SESAR JU) Annual Conference, showcasing posters, demonstrations, and research results from our SESAR projects.

ENAC has formed a partnership with the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), Airbus, ISAE-SUPAERO, and Qatar Airways to strengthen cooperation between the academic world and the aviation industry in Qatar. This agreement marks a key milestone in the development of training programmes and initiatives aimed at preparing future experts in the sector.

On 8 and 9 July 2024, ENAC and its partners carried out real-time simulations as part of the EUREKA SESAR3 Fast Track project. The aim of these simulations was to test emergency and disruption management for Urban Air Mobility (UAM) at vertiports.

On January 21 & 22nd, , partners from Leonardo, CIRA, Airbus Defence and Space, CRIDA, ENAC, ENAV, Indra, and NAIS gathered at ENAC premises to advance Solution #2: ATC Digital Assistant (ATC-DA) by:

ENAC (École Nationale de l'Aviation Civile) will participate in the QS Masters fairs in Istanbul, Milan and Hamburg. These events are a privileged opportunity for students, young graduates and professionals wishing to pursue careers in aeronautics, air transport or airport management to discover our programs.

Indonesian students, do you dream of a career in aeronautics and air transport? ENAC opens its doors to you in France! With the LPDP scholarship, you can finance your studies and join Toulouse, the European capital of aeronautics.

Air Traffic Management (ATM) today relies on innovative electronic tools, such as stripless systems, which have gradually replaced the traditional paper strips long used by air traffic controllers.
For nearly 15 years, ENAC has been training its future air traffic controllers on this system.
But what is a strip, and why is this digital transition so important?

We’re excited to share highlights from our recent technical meeting held on December 2-3, in Barcelona, where teams from ENAC, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya / Sparsity and Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering - University of Belgrade collaborated on critical advancements in multimodal transport systems.

On December 3-4, industry leaders gathered at Brussels Airport and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges to explore innovative ways to make ports and airports more sustainable. Organized by EU Green Deal projects like Stargate, PIONEERS, TULIPS, OLGA, and MAGPIE, the event showcased cutting-edge solutions in decarbonization and digital transformation.
