The Hypersolver Intermediate Review took place in Brussels, on the 18th of September: The consortium members gathered at Eurocontrol’s premises for a productive session.
One year into the project, this meeting offered a valuable opportunity to review progress, and align on upcoming milestones. Key discussions centered around addressing critical challenges and refining the strategic direction for the next phases, particularly on solutions for connected ATFM/ATM and Deep RL Architecture & Human-AI Teaming.
👉🏼 The SESAR Joint Undertaking Hypersolver research project is set to transform the aviation industry by merging Air Traffic Flow Management and Air Traffic Control through an innovative AI Deep Reinforcement Learning technology, opening the door to an increase of capacity and cost-efficiency, while maintaining the highest level of safety thanks to pivotal human roles and strong human-AI teaming level.
