The ENAC Foundation has set up an international scholarship programme funded by GIFAS*, to support international students admitted in advanced masters, Masters of Science and the Graduate Engineer’s degree of ENAC.
This programme is intended to promote academic excellence, access to French aeronautical education and exposure to the French Aerospace industry.

With a need to recruit 250 pilots every year, driven by natural departures and a significant growth in Air France, Joon and Transavia's fleet and flight schedule, Air France has decided to relaunch its cadet pilot programme 8 years after its suspension. The first students will begin this summer and Air France has chosen ENAC, the French National School of Civil Aviation, to select and train its future airline pilots. Their course will be carried out over 20 months until their successfully obtain the necessary qualifications to exercise their profession. They will then join the Air France group as pilots on Airbus A320 or Boeing 737.

The International Civil Aviation Organization simulation (Model ICAO) is a global negotiation simulation on civil aviation issues, based on the UN Model. Hundreds of students from the world's most prestigious schools and universities will attend this international event, from May 11 to 14, 2018 in Montreal (Canada).

What will air traffic control look like in 2050? This is one of the questions addressed by the STRESS project, funded by the SESAR programme. STRESS is an European collaboration focusing on neuroergonomy and air traffic control with Jean-Paul Imbert and Géraud Granger, Human-System Interactions and Human Factors Research Engineers at ENAC.

More than a thousand students from aeronautical universities all over Europe are expected in Toulouse from 22 to 24 March 2018 on the occasion of the EAG (European Aerostudent Games), organised on the campuses of ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO.

On the 10th of January 2018, ENAC (Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile) and APEX signed a partnership agreement to provide an integrated ab-initio training solution to airlines and aspiring pilots at APEX, Taiwan. This agreement will help address the worldwide issue of pilot shortage whereas the quality of training remains paramount.

French President Emmanuel Macron, in China on an official visit, and Chinese President Xi Jinping were in attendance when ENAC Director Olivier Chansou signed a memorandum of understanding with Beihang University for the founding of an aviation university in Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province.
