From a business aviation operator perspective and with a focus on EU legislation, this training is designed as a mix of training and application cases. It addresses the main legal and regulatory challenges faced by business aviation operators, especially with regards to staff management. The extreme diversity of legislations (sometimes conflicting) along with the lack of international instruments make particularly relevant to master the key methodologic elements to deal with these international issues.
